Juan Pablo Loza, proudly Mexican, despite his young age, already has a long career in charge of the stove. The award-winning culinary expert is now the leader of all the Mayakoba restaurants: La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen, Casa del Lago, Blue Agave, Punta Bonita and La Cava.
