Juan Pablo Loza, Chef Executive

Chef with over 15 years of experience, in charge of the spectacular creations of international cuisine that you can find in the restaurants of Rosewood Mayakoba, Juan Pablo Loza can transport his guests all around the world through the sense of taste.

Juan Pablo Loza, proudly Mexican, despite his young age, already has a long career in charge of the stove. The award-winning culinary expert is now the leader of all the Mayakoba restaurants: La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen, Casa del Lago, Blue Agave, Punta Bonita and La Cava. In these kitchens, Loza not only integrates a wide variety of ingredients, styles, and techniques but also the freshest products of the region and a sustainable management of all inputs.
