Rosewood Mayakoba, the best hotel in the world?
Barely a week ago, we announced that Rosewood Mayakoba, in the Riviera Maya, was chosen as the most popular hotel in Mexico. Today, Mayakoba has done it again, but now it may compete to become the best hotel in the world.
The internationally respected Forbes Travel Guide announced that fourteen Rosewood’s ultra-luxury properties ranked on their 2018 Star Rating List.
Forbes Travel Guide’s annual star ratings highlight among other hotel ratings due to their highly qualified team of inspectors. These anonymous testers assess hotels, restaurants, and spas against the most strict industry standards. Hence, not a single detail escapes to their stringent eyes.
The result? An excellent rating system with certified Five-Star hotels.
Rosewood’s Five-Star hotels
Five Rosewood Hotels & Resorts properties received Five-Star ratings this year. In the United States the recognition went to Rosewood Hotel Georgia, in Vancouver, and Rosewood Sand Hill, in Menlo Park. In Asia, it went to Rosewood Beijing. And finally, in Mexico, two hotels won the accolade: the resort “Las Ventanas al Paraíso,” in Los Cabos; and, of course, Rosewood Mayakoba, in the Riviera Maya.
Several properties repeat accolades, being the fourth consecutive Five-Star ranking for Rosewood Mayakoba. The one-of-a-kind experience that Rosewood Hotels & Resorts offers, distinguish them as a global leader in luxury hospitality.
Mayakoba, the best hotel in the world
Moreover, Forbes Travel Guide awarded Star Ratings to restaurants and spas. But the Five-Star Rating recognition went exclusively to Rosewood’s hotel in the Riviera Maya. Sense, Rosewood’s Spa in Mayakoba was the only one honored with a Five-Star rating. This is the second time Mayakoba receives the award.
As a result, Rosewood’s performance continues to outstand in the hotel world. A strong culture of service and an artfully curated experience are our signature feature. Rosewood Mayakoba’s internationally awarded restaurant and spa, in addition to incredible infrastructure raises just one question: is this the best hotel in the world?
The decision is yours.
